leaving
me with a horrible feeling
after
you shredded the last of my heart

gave it back while it was still bleeding

completely numb, this is my nightmare
maybe
it's a hoax or some kind of dream

last thing I heard was you didn't care

my soul let out a deafening scream

tried to focus, as your mouth made words
I
kept staring at your lips with my eyes
due
to my emotions nothing was heard
I
kept telling myself, I will not cry
my
heart finally died inside my chest
a
darkness crept in, felt good I confess
